Her Lunacy Fringe.

This project revolved around "Letting the medium we choose dictate the piece". The size. The look. Everything.

So. I chose watercolor.

I literally just went in with no real idea in mind. Just started splattering paint. Moving the illustration board in every which way. Just to see where the paint would go. I started with warm colors. And gradually moved into the cool colors.

And then I saw it.
I saw the streaks of color begin to form a face.
As humans, we look for faces in everything.

And I found one.
I slowly started to lead the watercolor around. Fall down where it wanted to go, as long as that place was around the face and its features.

I could say so much more about this.
But all in all.
This girl. Speaks for herself.

At least she does to me.
